House prices will not fall
The demand for houses and apartments is back almost to pre-pandemic levels after two months, say real estate agencies. Prices have not fallen and the agencies do not expect any fall in the near future, as demand far outstrips supply. The agencies report an uptick in demand for building plots―commuting is not such an issue when companies provide the home office option.
