Metrostav can not agree with Damian Jasná on the final bill

Construction firm Metrostav filed a bankruptcy motion against the company Damian Jasná (Pavol Jakubec and Andrej Kollár) that is building a €35m 5-star resort in Jasná and plans to complete it this year. Metrostav built the resort’s skeleton frame but Damian Jasná argues the work was late and of inadequate quality. Both companies have been negotiating over the final bill for six months. Other firms are now completing the resort.
