The Žilina District Court deleted from the Public Sector Partners Registry the Czech IT firm Barclet that won a €16m contract to supply a teleconference system to the Education Ministry back in 2015. The company failed to convince the court that Ilona Vošvrdová Prstecká, a Czech tax advisor, is its final beneficiary. The court acted on a motion submitted by media that allege Ján Počiatek and Jozef Brhel are the real owners. The court has already deleted another Počiatek’s IT firm, Anext (now LeikTec), from the Registry. Počiatek denies any links to the companies.
