Peter Korbačka acquired a stake in Austrian real estate group Immofinanz

Peter Korbačka and Austrian investor Ronny Pecik acquired a 10.7% stake in Austrian real estate group Immofinanz. They did not disclose the price for the stake, which has a market value of €311m. Immofinanz is active in Austria, Germany, the V4 countries, Romania, Serbia, Slovenia, and Croatia. In Slovakia, it owns the Vivo! shopping center (previously Polus) in Bratislava and 16 smaller Stop Shop retail parks. Korbačka is a co-owner of developer J&T Real Estate and owns Eurovea, City Aréna in Trnava, and three shopping centers in Spain.
