Sales of Slovak online stores rose 20% to €1.36bn in 2019

The sales of Slovak online stores rose 20% to €1.36bn in 2019, estimates heureka.sk, a price comparison site. As many as 60% of Slovaks access online stores via mobile devices and Slovaks also appreciate the option of personal pick-up of goods. The fastest growing categories were hobby (+38%), clothing (35%) and food (33%). Electronics accounts for 40% of the total sales.
