Turčan Delta (Peter Blizniak) will keep its lucrative business
Turčan Delta (Peter Blizniak), an incumbent supplier, won the Interior Ministry’s tender for the 4-year supply of car license plates with a price of €7 per plate. Previously, the state has been paying €9, making Turčan Delta one of the most profitable companies in Slovakia. The price is just €2 in Czechia. Minister Denisa Saková (Smer), though, set tender conditions to discourage all cheaper suppliers. The public procurement authority ÚVO is still checking the tender conditions.
