Ex-minister Ján Počiatek is residing in Cannes (France), where he is also in the real estate business. He uses Slovak construction firms and pays them in cash. Media speculate about his role in VAT fraud, corruption in public IT projects, leaking SKK/EUR conversion rate to J&T, overpriced PPP highways and highway toll, and a bribe from Radovan Vítek (Lemikon).
