Ján Kasper buys car dealer Autopolis
The anti-trust authority PMÚ is reviewing the acquisition of car dealer Autopolis (Jaroslav Paulický, Jaroslav Linkeš and Marian Hreščák) by Soria (Ján Kasper). Autopolis sells Ford and Hyundai cars, has three showrooms in Bratislava, and, last year, it tripled its net profit to €0.6m and its sales rose 5% to €35.2m.
