Mondeléz expands its chocolate factory in Bratislava
The Bratislava plant of Mondeléz has completed a €7m investment into a new line for the production of Milka Moments chocolate pralines. The investment increased its workforce by 42 to 450. The plant is among just four of 40 European Mondeléz plants that are able to process cocoa beans and make their own chocolate. The plant’s output is set to increase from last year’s 48,000 tons to 52,500 tons in 2020.
Mondeléz has a 350-strong shared service center in Bratislava and employs another 50 in sales.
