CTP is the largest industrial parks developer in Slovakia
Czech developer CTP has acquired an industrial park within Košice’s airport from Erste Bank of Austria. The price of the park with five buildings (57,000 sqm) was not disclosed. With 29 buildings, CTP has become the largest developer and owner of industrial and logistics parks in Slovakia. It is building four new projects with an area of 421,000 sqm and is planning new projects in Bratislava, Trnava, Žilina and Prešov.
