VW Passat and Škoda Karoq to be made in Bratislava

German car maker Volkswagen is considering the production of the VW Passat and Škoda Karoq models in its plant in Bratislava, according to Automobilwoche, a news portal. Both models were to be assembled in a new plant in Turkey, but VW suspended its construction due to the current political turmoil.
