Postoj.sk would not identify him, but indicates that this is Zoroslav Kollár. Zoro has judges at Bratislava regional as well as district courts in his pocket, and cultivates good relations with politicians of all stripes. While Kočner’s contacts in courts are already subject to intense media scrutiny and police investigation, Zoro is still doing just fine in the shadows.
