VÚB filed charges against Jaroslav Kiska for the way he left for Poštová banka

Last October, VÚB bank filed charges against Jaroslav Kiska, brother of the former president, for the way he left for Poštová banka. The bank also charged an additional 70 people who left VÚB together with Kiska and now work for Amico Finance, a consumer finance firm owned by Poštová banka. Kiska left the bank last summer after VÚB incorporated its former consumer finance subsidiary CFH directly under the bank. The brothers set up CFH’s predecessor and later sold it to VÚB. Jaroslav was CFH’s CEO and later served as consultant. He denies he took any bank databases or data with him to his new employer.
