4ka made the first video call on its 5G network

Small mobile phone operator 4ka made the first video call on its 5G network in Banská Bystrica on Wednesday. It used the 1.8 and 3.7 GHz frequencies of its owner, Swan. It will launch the 5G network for all its clients with suitable devices in the city in the coming weeks. It has no immediate plans for nation-wide coverage, though. It wants several operators to join forces in building the expensive infrastructure.
