ČEZ acquired a 51% stake in e-Dome from Peter Lukeš

Czech energy group ČEZ ESCO has acquired a 51% stake in the small Slovak energy service provider e-Dome. Peter Lukeš sold a 51% stake and is keeping the remaining shares. The price was not disclosed. The deal is meant to speed up the government of e-Dome’s products and services. e-Dome provides guaranteed energy services, energy audits, and implements energy saving measures in new and old buildings. It had €1.9m annual sales on average in 2016-18.

At the end of last year, ČEZ Esco acquired heating plants in Prešov and Nové Zámky.
