Delays in completion of the two blocs of the Mochovce nuclear power plant are postponing the exit of Enel of Italy from Slovenské elektrárne (SE). When Enel signed a contract to sell its 66% stake to EPH (Daniel Křetínský) at the end of 2015, it only transferred a 33% stake to EPH in return for a payment of €375m. The other 33% will be transferred one year after SE completes the two Mochovce blocs. If completion is further delayed, June 30, 2022, is set as the final deadline for the share transfer. In that case, the price for the stake, initially set at €375m, would be revised based on the current SE (Mochovce) enterprise value.
