Online book store Martinus is the top brand among Slovaks, followed by Panta Rhei, Yves Rocher, Lidl, and RegioJet, according to a regular KPMG study on consumer experience. The overall consumer experience improved slightly this year compared to 2018. The most notable improvements were in entertainment, energy, and logistics. The only sector with an annual drop was financial services. It seems banks have great room for improving their services, yet Slovaks are rather reluctant to switch between them.
