Šefčovič and Mistrík are presidential election favorites

Maroš Šefčovič (Smer) and Robert Mistrík (SaS and OĽaNO) are the presidential election favorites, according to a Focus agency poll. Both polled 16.5%. In a potential run-off, the poll put them at 50% each. Šefčovič’s popularity will rise once he launches his campaign. Zuzana Čaputová is likely to withdraw from the race and endorse Mistrík.

Štefan Harabin (11.7%), Béla Bugár (10.1%) and Zuzana Čaputová (9.0%) follow in the poll.
