Office vacancy rate in Bratislava fell to 5.14%
Just one office project, the 10,000 sqm Blumental Offices II, opened in the third quarter of this year, according to data of the Bratislava Research Forum. The total office stock in the city rose to 1.74m sqm. The vacancy rate fell to 5.14%, from 5.53% in 2Q, as demand remains strong. In the final quarter of this year, the Twin City Tower and Landererova 12 (formerly known as Panorama Business III) office projects will hit the market, with 56,000 sqm of offices.
