Sodecia is increasing its stake in Matador Automotive to 60%

Portuguese automotive group Sodecia is increasing its stake in the local Matador Automotive (Rosina and Vozár families) to 60%. A year ago, Sodecia acquired the first 30% stake. Sodecia will move its European center for structural car body parts (Body in White) to Vráble. Matador Group keeps a 40% stake in Matador Automotive and will remain an active shareholder. It will also keep expanding its other divisions Matador Automation and Matador Industries. The value of the deal was not disclosed.
