ČEZ expands in heat supplies in Slovakia
Czech energy firm ČEZ ESCO agreed to acquire the Spravbytkomfort and Serviskomfort companies, which manage heat system in the city of Prešov. They were sold by Austrian Energiecomfort. The anti-trust authority PMÚ is reviewing the acquisition. ČEZ ESCO also acquired a 49% stake in Bytkomfort, which runs the heating system in Nové Zámky. The stake was sold by Austrian Facilitycomfort Energie- und Gebäudemanagement.
