Penta will issue bonds to finance its new hospital

The investment group Penta will issue €30m in bonds to finance its €200m investment into a new hospital in Bratislava. Penta will provide €100m towards the investment, and bank loans will cover the rest. Penta has already used bond financing for its real estate projects Sky Park and Pri Mýte, the Dr.Max pharmacy chain, and the Fortuna betting firm. It will sell bonds to clients of its Privatbanka and its general retail clientele.

There are some 50 corporate bond issues on the market in Slovakia.
