NEPI Rockcastle acquired Nitra-based shopping center Galéria Mlyny

NEPI Rockcastle, one of the ten largest real estate companies in Europe, acquired Nitra-based shopping center Galéria Mlyny. It will pay €121.8m to In Vest, a group of local investors. The 33,200 sqm center is fully occupied and its net annual operating revenues come to €8.4m. NEPI now owns five shopping centers in Slovakia, Auparks in Košice, Žilina and Piešťany as well as Korzo Prievidza.
