Vladimír Poór sold his City Arena shopping center to Peter Korbačka
Vladimír Poór sold his City Arena shopping center, which he opened three years ago, to Peter Korbačka (J&T Real Estate). Details of the deal were not published, but this is certainly one of the largest transaction on the Slovak retail market this year. Korbačka owns the Eurovea shopping center in Bratislava, for which he is planning a massive expansion. The 25,000 sqm City Arena in Trnava’s center is 100% occupied. Poór spent around €80m building it.
