Local investors accounted for 60% of corporate acquisitions
Local investors accounted for 60% of corporate acquisitions in Slovakia last year, according to EY’s M&A Barometer. Czech investors accounted for 20% and other foreign investors for the rest. Strategic investments had a 57% share and financial investments accounted for 43%. In the entire CEE region, financial investors had just a 28% share. The most attractive sector was retail.
