Czech Natland Group acquired a 20% stake in ProCare

23.02.2018

The Penta group has sold a 20% stake in its ProCare chain of policlinics to Czech fund Avant Private Equity, part of Czech Natland Group (Pavol Doležal and Tomáš Raška), back in 2016. Avant is not involved in the chain’s management, as it is a financial investor. In 2016, ProCare had €16.6m in sales.

Avant PE owns a 30% stake in the small mobile phone operator 4ka. It also owns gas-powered heat and power producer Paroplynový cyklus Bratislava, which used to be owned by Penta.
