Developers added 85,000 sqm of new offices in Bratislava last year, the most since 2009, according to data of Bratislava Research Forum (BRF). These were the Panorama Business II, Blumental Offices, Uniq Staromestská, Zuckermandl and Stein2Offices projects. Vacancy fell to 6.2% at the end of 2017, the lowest figure since an all-time low of 6% in 2007. At the end of 2017, Bratislava had 1.72m sqm of offices, of which 59% were A class.
This year, BRF expects the addition of 140,000 sqm of offices in the Blumental Offices 2, Panorama Business III, Westend Plaza, Einsteinova BC and Twin City Tower developments.
