CME demands €2bn for TV Markíza and TV Nova
CME is demanding €2bn for its TV stations in Slovakia, Czechia, Romania and Bulgaria, according to unofficial sources. This is 16-times their EBITDA profit, while the usual multiple is just 6-8. Several Slovak and Czech investment groups plan to team up to acquire the stations, including Penta, PPF, and EPH.
